DMCA Policy

TechWave Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") acknowledges the importance of intellectual property rights and encourages our users to uphold these rights as well. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we are committed to promptly addressing allegations of copyright violations that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent, as outlined in the notice format provided below.

If you hold copyright, are authorized to act on behalf of a copyright holder, or have exclusive rights under copyright, you can report any alleged copyright violations occurring on or via our website (the "Site") by submitting the appropriate DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement to our designated Copyright Agent. Upon receipt of the notice as specified below, we will take any action we deem necessary, including the potential removal of the infringing content from the Site.

• 1. Clearly identify the copyrighted work that you believe is being infringed upon, or, in cases of multiple works, provide a representative list of the works involved.
• 2. Specify the material or link you believe to be infringing (or linked to infringing actions) that you request be disabled, including at least the URL of the link on the Site or its specific location.

Be aware that according to Section 512(f) of the DMCA, individuals who knowingly misrepresent that material or actions are infringing may face legal consequences.

If you believe that your content, which has been removed or whose access has been limited, does not infringe copyright, or you have authorization from the copyright owner to use the content, you can submit a counter-notice including the following details to our designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your electronic or physical signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that was removed or restricted, alongside the original location where it was accessible before removal;
• 3. A declaration stating that you genuinely believe that the removal or disabling of the content was a result of mistake or misidentification;
• 4. Your name, address, phone number, and email address along with consent to the jurisdiction of federal courts in Seychelles, and your acceptance of notification of the alleged infringement.

If we receive a counter-notice from you, we may inform the original complainant that we intend to restore the removed content or cease disabling it within 10 business days unless the copyright owner files a legal action seeking a court injunction against the content. This reinstatement may occur at our discretion within 10 to 14 business days or longer following receipt of the counter-notice.

As per the DMCA and relevant laws, we have implemented a policy to terminate users identified as repeat infringers, at our sole discretion and under appropriate circumstances. We may also limit access to the Site or terminate accounts of any users who infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether it constitutes repeated infringement.
